Code of Conduct
All our In-Person Events are recreational drug free. If you have a pre-existing medical or psychological condition, please inform us before making a registration. We also recommend you seek advice from your doctor/therapist before attending an event.

The filming and recording of such events may be shared as part of our Library and on social media platforms in order make Tavisha Mandira Teachings available to a wider audience. In booking to attend these event you are deemed to consent automatically to your image, whether still, video and/or recorded, being shared as we see fit, although your identity will not be disclosed. If you do not wish to be included in any photograph or recording, you must let us know at the start of the event or by writing to us at mail@unguardedmoments.dk
We request that you do not make any audio, video or photographic recording for your own purposes or for sharing without requesting our permission.

Disclaimer
Our online and in-person events are open to all who are interested and inspired by Tavisha Mandira’s message and teachings. Whilst the teachings provide a safe and supportive environment for guidance on the spiritual path to self-realization and the living of this recognition in everyday life, we are not qualified to give medical or mental health advice. Occasionally, being in the environment of intense introspection (especially at in-person events) can exacerbate a pre-existing mental health condition. If you think you have a pre-existing mental health condition—and especially if you are taking prescription medication for this condition—we advise that you seek professional treatment or therapy as the teachings are not a substitute for this.
All rights to courses, workshops, events and digital products belong to Unguarded Moments. Upon purchase, you only obtain a license to use the purchased product as stated under the product in question.
The teachings are for educational purposes only and are not intended to give instructions on how to live your life. As such, we do not take responsibility for your actions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits and Bookings for In-Person Events
Your booking is secure (until the balance due date) upon payment of a non-refundable deposit. The balance is due on the date specified on the event page.
You will receive an email reminder approximately one week prior to the balance due date with a link to complete the payment. If you fail to complete the balance payment and you do not contact us to request an extension, your place is no longer secure and we may offer it to someone on the waiting list.
Cancellations and Refunds for In-Person and Online Events
For Online Meetings and Programs, we generally do not have a cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend live for any or all of the sessions, you will receive access to the audio and video recordings. There are no refunds possible.
For In-Person Events, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have paid the full fee for the event and need to cancel your place for personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, injury or family emergency), you will be refunded according to the cancellation policy specific to each event. We strongly recommend that you take out your own insurance in case of cancellation to cover travel, accommodation and such expenses outside of the course itself. As a small organization we are unable to cover these costs on your behalf.
Please read carefully the cancellation policy on the page for each specific in-person event.
Cancellation of In-Person Events (due to a travel ban or other unforeseen circumstances)
Unguarded Moments reserves the right to cancel any event for reasons which are beyond our control, including insufficient attendee registration or an unexpected travel ban. In this case, your event fee will be transferred to an Online Retreat (to replace the in-person retreat) and the balance refunded. If we are unable to offer an online retreat, the full amount will be refunded. Every endeavour will be made to inform you of this at least one week prior to the event.
We cannot accept responsibility for accident or loss experiences by attendees at any of our events, although all reasonable efforts to ensure safety and enjoyment will be made.
